Meditation is the most well-known creation of Jules-Charles LE BOZEC, and also one of the most prestigious faience pieces of the HB-Henriot Manufacture.
The artist's wife was the model for this creation.

Born in the North of Brittany in 1898, LE BOZEC, sculpture pricewinner in Rome stayed at the Medicis Villa. Member of the artistic group Ar Seiz Breur, he created for the HB manufacture in Quimper several famous figurines.
